Supported Employment Program Manager

The Supported Employment Program Manager assures the success of individuals participating in our community-based employment training program.  Duties include:  include assessing the skills of each client to assure they are involved in the most appropriate work activities, assuring data is recorded daily with respect to each individual client's production, preparing monthly summaries that report participants' progress toward their goals, supervising job coaches, and keeping accurate records for billing and inventory purposes. This is a full-time position with benefits, Monday through Friday. Requirements: Bachelor degree in human services or a related field, prior supervisory experience, excellent writing skills, Utah driver license and clean driving record, 21 years of age or older.
