Apartment Supervisor

The apartment supervisor oversees residential services for program participants. This is a full-time position requiring a high degree of work schedule flexibility. Must work at least one weekend shift and three swing shifts and be able to work other shifts as necessary. Responsibilities include training, scheduling and supervising direct care staff; assuring timely, accurate and complete documentation of services provided; assuring cleanliness, safety and comfort of living environments; accompanying clients to medical and other appointments and advocating for their needs to be met; assuring meals are well-balanced; assuring that clients have ample opportunity to participate in a variety of daily living and social activities; assuring that client goals are met. Prior supervisory experience is required. Bachelor degree and prior experience in the human services field preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age, have a Utah driver license and a good driving record. Competitive compensation and benefits. Located near Valley Fair Mall.  $11 to $12 per hour.
